In the Überfahrt Mr. Jürgens’ 18-man team will spoil you with splendid gourmet creations, and know to surprise you over and over again, because, the well known star chef will be satisfied with nothing less than the best when it comes to the culinary quality of the innovative menus that he creates - with his much valued "love of detail". After his steep career as head chef at the “Tantris”, the “Aubergine” and the “Kastell”, Mr. Jürgens - as one of the top 10 cooks in Germany - has now "arrived" at the Überfahrt, to the great delight of all.
